Pham Duc Dung or Dung EON (Everything Or Nothing), a passionate wanderlust who lives in Ho Chi Minh City and majored in Banking & Finance. He then discovered his deep interest in spiritual and esoteric subjects such as ziwei, I ching, astrology ,Tarot, numerology, Enneagram in 2014. 

With his passion for Tarot and deep studies in History, he became the founder of Vietnamemory tarot deck with Vietnamese historical figures. Thereout, he is researching for an extended system for reading tarot and numerology. 

They are namely called EON Tarot and Humanumber. His current occupation is 100% focused on Vietnamemory’s company with his courses in teaching tarot, humanumber, reiki, and healing.
